Some Did Not Believe
Acts 14: 2
Some did not believe. They stirred up the unbelieving Gentiles making their minds evil affected against those who believed. This is the dominating spirit of all unregenerate sinners. It is manifest with greatest intensity among those who think themselves righteous by their own acts. God had to do nothing in these folks to bring about this result. In fact, this was the same heart from which those believing Jews and Greeks were sanctified when they were born of God into his marvelous light (Romans 8: 7; 1 Corinthians 2: 14; John 3: 5, 6.)
